Matrix

A Matrix is a system we can organize data and easily make changes if needed.

Example:

Dimensions we would say that this is a 2x3 matrix. 2 rows and 3 columns)

·       REMEMBER: ROWS x COLUMNS

The number of a Matrix’s is called a Element

We can identify the elements in their positions using the following label.

·       A= name of Matrix      

·       R= row

·       C= column #

Example: A1 3= 3 (from above example)
